Why is post-construction cleaning different?

Gypsum, cement and paint dust coats every surface — even inside cupboards and AC units. Regular cleaning isn't enough. You need an industrial HEPA vacuum, multi-stage wiping, and AC filter cleaning before running the system fully.

The order of work

1. Remove large debris and packaging.
2. Dry cleaning: thoroughly vacuum ceilings, walls and floors.
3. Damp-wipe surfaces — from top to bottom.
4. Clean windows and frames of paint and silicone residue.
5. Fully clean the kitchen and bathrooms.
6. Turn on the AC after cleaning the filters.

Precautions

Wear a mask during the initial clean. Don't use acidic products on marble or quartz. Wait 48 hours after painting before scrubbing walls hard.
